Every year, as a part of every 8th grader's final school year at Baltimore Montessori Public Charter School (BMPCS), Chesapeake Bay Outward School takes students on a backpacking expedition. While trekking through the famed Appalachian Trail, students and adults alike are pushed to their limits.
